How to remove the excess of hair in the legs without shaving or waxing?

I want to remove the excess of leg hair but I don't want to shave it or wax it.


I want a way to make the hair weak and just remove the excess because it is too much my leg looks really weird and everyone comments on it.How to remove the excess of hair in the legs without shaving or waxing?
you can pluck it but that might take a while if you have alot. you can also get electrolosis which is expensive but eventually kills the root. are you a girl or boy? if you just want a little shedding i would shave along the hair instead of a normal against the root with a dull razor to thin it out. or you can bleach it out. light hair is harder to notice
