With your eyebrows it grows back the same. With your upper lip however everytime you get it done it grows back thinner each time. Eventually with enough waxing there will be no need to get it done...i'm talking years however. :D

It really depends I guess I waxed my eyebrows and hardly any grew back and I recommended to my friend and hers grew in way thick.
If u get it waxed regularly, it should start growing at a slower pace after a while.
no it grows back the same way it did before.(durrrrrrrrrr)
over the period of time when u wax , u get lighter and less hair
