just use a razor, yeah it itches and gets a rash and can be painfull but us men will make it all worthwhile :)

Shave it off. Shave it all off.
Shave it using something like Coochy cream you can get it through toy parties or at an adult shop. You wont have the bumps you would get if you shaved it without using a cream. I tried the whole waxing thing way to painful for me. Just shave it.

Electric shaver? You have to do it more frequently because it cuts the hair right at the skin, but it won't irritate your skin. Also, you can try something like Nair (make sure you get the bikini line one) but be careful if your skin in sensitive. What do you have against waxing? I know it hurts at first and gets swollen, but things stay nice and clean down there for weeks. I'd have to say shaving is THE WORST, ever. It just hurts and then it's really pokey when it grows back in. Ouch!
