You have many options open to you. I've used laser hair removal but it's quite pricey. Do some research on the various types, you might want to try electrolysis.
Excess hair as well as acne is a result of excess androgens (male hormones). You should talk to your doctor about going on birth control pills to fix this matter. Removing facial hair by waxing or other methods is simply a superficial and temporary fix for a much more serious problem.
