After waxing the upper lip does hair grow in spikey like shaving? Do I have to keep doing it again?

I really want to wax my upper lip but am worried about how the hair will grow back in. Can I just do it once and if I don't like it stop doing it? Will it grow in dark? It will not grow back darker,





infact, it will grow back thinner and lighter.





And yes, if you do it once. And stop. Then i still think it will come back a little lighter and thinner, but you will get much better results if you did it more then once
