No, it's physically impossibly for the hair to grow back thicker. The thickness of the hair is determined by genetics (and age in the case of thinning hair).





Shaved hair can look thicker when it grows back because the shaft is cut at a sharp angle instead of the natural tapper. This isn't an issue with waxing.
