Is it true that waxing makes your hair grow in thinner and lighter?

If so, does the same hold true for plucking (as in with tweezers)? Is it true that waxing makes your hair grow in thinner and lighter?
It grows back ';thinner'; as in the hair is thinned out. Hair grows in cycles, so certain hairs will begin to grow back immediately, but others won't start growing at all for a couple weeks. But the hairs that grow back are normal hairs, you just have fewer of them for a while... so if you don't keep shaving or waxing, your skin will feel smooth still, but you'll actually have lots of long hairs that are just spread farther apart that usual (which looks really weird up close...).Is it true that waxing makes your hair grow in thinner and lighter?
not really. it just comes out smoother and at different time so when you think you're growing loss hair it's just growing at different times
I've found that after waxing my brows for years they are starting to grow in less. I don't need to wax them as often. Even if I wait two months, they still look neatly groomed.
No it doesn't it makes your hair grow thicker
