The hair grows back about a month later. It doesn't grow back ';stubbly'; the hairs grow back one at a time. It should be manageable to pluck them until your next visit to get waxed.
About two to three weeks but I wouldn't go the bleaching option. It seems harsh for your skin and body.
It grows in about two weeks--and often finer. It is a much better option than bleaching.
