How long does it take for waxing to reduce hair growth?

I was wondering:

within 6 months u would be able to see resultsHow long does it take for waxing to reduce hair growth?
Speaking personally, I saw results (full leg waxing) within about a year. Both the thickness of the individual hairs and the density of the hair growth were reduced. After 12 years of diligent waxing (no shaving at all), the hair growth on my legs is wonderfully sparse.
