Tweezers
Try Tend Skin Care Solution...

Change your beauty therapist cos you really shouldn't be getting them its a result of a poor waxing technique failing that you could gently tweeze the hair but only for bout 20 secs if hair not free try again later gentle exfoliation in an upward circular motion GENTLY though and try to keep the area moisturised. Please do NOT pull them out the puss is the body telling you theres somthing in it that shouldn't be there an its trying to defend itself its a totally natural body function!x
you need to squeeze them out and grab them with tweezers and to prevent make sure you use a good moisturiser to help keep skin supple this will lessen the chance of in grown hairs in the future , you need to pull the hair out this way as it collects bacteria if it stays in there resulting in horrible Pusey spots . hope this helps .
Nope unfortuntaley the only way to get rid of in-grown hair is to pluck with tweezers as this pulls it from the roots and stops it becoming a problem or becoming infected and sore.

When i'm bored, I get a needle and sit there picking them out. Can be tedious but works.
