Does waxing make your hair grow back finer?

I'm thinking of getting my legs and pubic region waxed cos the hair there is quite thick, and I've heard that waxing makes it finer. does it take multiple waxing sessions? or does it happen on the first go?Does waxing make your hair grow back finer?
Waxing pulls the hair out by the root and shaving cuts the hair off at the skin level, so, after switching to waxing, you will notice a difference in the hair texture because the hair that grows back will be brand new hairs. After awhile waxing will damage the hair follicle and hair may stop growing from that spot. But, it take multiple sessions. How many it takes depends on you-your hair thickness, skin, etc.Does waxing make your hair grow back finer?
After a few waxes yes because he hair follicles become damaged and the hair becomes weaker and finer.
I have heard that if you do it long enough it quits growing altogether
waxing makes hair thinner
