i have been bleaching the hair on my upper lip for year but for some reason it is not working too good anymore. i was thinking about waxing it. im kinda scared that it may grow back picky though. any ideas on how i can get rid of this or why this is happening to me? i am 23 years old!Does waxing the hair on your upper lip make it grow back thick or picky?
